We are thrilled to see our 2023 Pisoni Vineyard Pinot Noir ranked as #13 in Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100 Wines of the world in 2025, making it the highest ranking Pinot Noir on the list.
Our family and the Pisonis have grown side by side in the Santa Lucia Highlands for generations, farming neighboring vineyards, learning from one another, and working together to elevate the region. The recognition is as much about that shared history as it is about the wine itself.
This accolade also shines a spotlight on the extraordinary fruit from Pisoni Vineyard, a site that sits high in the Santa Lucia Highlands where thin soils, high elevation, and persistent winds create the intensity and balance that define this wine. Working with the Pisoni family is a privilege, and their precision in farming allows us to craft wines that capture both the strength and grace of this remarkable site. Together, our families also co-farm Garys’, Soberanes, and WindRock Vineyards, each a unique expression of the Santa Lucia Highlands and a testament to our shared vision for the region.
