ROAR WINES are made in collaboration with winemakers Adam & Dianna Lee at their Sonoma County facility. Adam & Dianna Lee have been sourcing wines from these same Santa Lucia Highlands vineyards and making wines under their own label, Siduri, for the past 7 years. In that time they have enjoyed unparalleled acclaim for their Santa Lucia Highland's Pinot Noirs, receiving praise from the elite wine press including Robert Parker Jr., Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine & Spirits, Connoisseur's Guide and Steve Tanzer's International Wine Cellar. Heralded by Robert Parker Jr. as "top Pinot Noir producers", both Adam and Dianna Lee attribute much of their Santa Lucia Highland's success to the quality of grapes grown by Gary Franscioni.

All ROAR WINES are made barrel by barrel with minimal handling and maximum attention. The winery is completely gravity flow, the wines are not inoculated for malolactic (allowing natural ml to take place) racking is limited to the barest minimum and only at bottling. Hand-sorting and punch down is standard. Critical timing of fermentation for maximum extraction and balanced tannins is followed by extended rest - up to 16 months - in the finest French barrels.

ROAR WINES produces Pinot Noir from Rosella's Vineyard, Garys' Vineyard, Pisoni Vineyard and Santa Lucia Highlands and Syrah from Rosella's Vineyard and Santa Lucia Highlands.
