2006 Pisoni Vineyard Pinot Noir
Grapes for our 2006 Pisoni Vineyard Pinot Noir were harvested on September 25th at 25.9 brix and spent 19 days on the skins before being pressed to French oak barrels for 11months aging. The wine was racked once prior to being bottled unfiltered and unfined on August 20th, 2007.

Cases: 350 Price/Bottle: $55 Alcohol: 14.9% T.A. .52 pH 3.7 Clone: Pisoni
Aging: 11 months Cooperage: 100% French, 64% new: (Remond, Francois Freres, Ermitage & Marsanny)

2006 Rosella’s Vineyard Syrah
Grapes for our 2006 Rosella’s Vineyard Syrah were harvested on October 28th at 27.1 and 29 brix and spent 18 days on the skins before being pressed to French oak barrels for 14 months aging. The wine was racked once and bottled unfiltered and unfined in January 2008.

2006 Garys’ Vineyard Syrah
Grapes for our 2006 Garys’ Vineyard Syrah were harvested on October 31, at 29.1 brix and spent 18 days on the skins before being pressed to French oak barrels for 14 months aging. The wine was racked once and bottled unfiltered and unfined in January , 2008.

Cases: 115 Price/bottle: $42 Alcohol: 15.4% T.A. 0.6 pH 3.7 Clones: Bien Nacido
Aging: 14 months Cooperage: 100% French, 33% new (Remond)

2006 Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir
Grapes for Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir were harvested between September 26th and October 20th from the Rosella’s, Garys’ and Pisoni Vineyards and spent 18-21 days on the skins before being pressed to French oak barrels for 11 months aging. The wine was racked once prior to bottling unfiltered and unfined on August 20th, 2007.

2006 Garys’ Vineyard Pinot Noir
Grapes for our 2006 Garys’ Vineyard Pinot Noir were harvested on September 30th at 27 brix and on October 12th and 14th at 27.3 brix and spent 18-21 days on the skins before being pressed to French oak barrels for 11months aging. The wine was racked once prior to being bottled unfiltered and unfined on August 20th, 2007.
